Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Little Beach Hut, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we offer a simple and convenient returns process.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with any original tags or packaging where applicable.

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is easy using our Royal Mail Returns Portal.

  1. Click the link below to access the Royal Mail Returns Portal.

  2. Enter your email address and order number to generate your return label.

    Please note: Your order number starts with #TLBH and is followed by a minimum of four digits (e.g. #TLBH1001).

  3. Print your label or follow the instructions provided by Royal Mail.

  4. Package your item securely and drop it off at an eligible Royal Mail location.

Royal Mail Returns Portal: To be confirmed, email us at theworthtraders@gmail.com for your return label in the meantime. Include your order number in the email. 

Important: Your return label is valid for 7 days from the date of creation, so please ensure you send your parcel within this period.

Return Charges

A return postage charge of £3 per returned order applies to change-of-mind returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, return postage is completely free. Please contact us before arranging your return so we can assist you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

For standard returns, the £3 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, or earlier where required by law.

Where required under UK consumer law, your original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit your account.

Your Statutory Rights

This 30-day returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

For most online purchases, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us of your cancellation.

Any applicable return charges will be clearly communicated before purchase.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected, including your rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.
