Shipping & Delivery Policy

At The Little Beach Hut, we aim to get your orders packed, dispatched and delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail or an alternative courier where necessary.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

UK Delivery Options

We offer a range of delivery services to suit your needs.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.75

Our standard delivery service, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days after dispatch.

FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on orders of £50 or more.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Premium Delivery

For customers who would like their order sooner, Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available at an additional charge.

The delivery cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Royal Mail Special Delivery – Premium Delivery

For customers requiring a faster, more secure delivery service, Royal Mail Special Delivery is also available.

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout.

Free Delivery & Promotional Offers

We offer FREE standard delivery on orders of £50 or more.

Free delivery and any other shipping-related promotional offers apply exclusively to our standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service, or an equivalent alternative courier service where necessary.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special Delivery are excluded from all free delivery promotions, discounts and shipping offers. These premium services are always charged at the rate displayed at checkout, regardless of order value.

Alternative Courier Services

Whilst Royal Mail is our preferred delivery provider, there may be occasions when we need to use an alternative courier due to the size and/or weight of your order.

Where an alternative courier is required, we will select a suitable delivery service to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

There will be no additional charge to you if we need to use an alternative courier. Your original delivery charge, including any applicable free delivery offer, will remain unchanged.

Where applicable, tracking details for the alternative courier will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed.

Whilst our delivery partners aim to deliver within their advertised timeframes, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, seasonal demand or delivery network disruptions.

Tracking Your Order

All our delivery services include tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details, allowing you to follow your parcel's progress.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and assist you.

We will work with the relevant delivery provider to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
